At Kinetix we strive to assist patients and clients in achieving their goals and living their best life. With our various recovery services, we are able to enhance the body’s natural healing process by: (1) promoting blood flow and improving circulation, (2) stimulating tissue healing, and (3) reducing localized inflammation. This generally allows patients and clients to return to activities and sports faster, and with less soreness, than they would have naturally.
Recovery services can be scheduled as stand-alone appointments and do not require health insurance.

NORMATEC Recovery Sleeves
The Normatec Recovery System provides dynamic compression using their patented pulse technology to help enhance blood flow and aid in recovery. This system uses compressed air to massage limbs, mobilize fluid, and ultimately speed up the recovery process.
Dry Needling is a treatment technique that uses thin, solid, filiform needles to treat acute and chronic pain by relaxing the muscle, improving blood flow and improving the brain's ability to control the muscle.
Instrument Assisted Soft
Like a deep tissue massage except with the use of instruments that detect and treat fascial restrictions, encourage rapid localization and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis, chronic inflammation, or degeneration.
Cupping is a form of soft tissue mobilization that creates suction on the skin using a silicone or plastic cup. Cupping is one of the only treatments that works to lift “the skin” rather than applying deep pressure. Through this, cupping brings increased blood flow to the body part. In turn, this decreases muscle tightness leading to a decrease in overall pain.
Percussion Therapy involves using a handheld device to target specific areas with gentle pulses of pressure. The various pulse of pressure allows us to decrease muscle tension and soft tissue restrictions, increase blood flow and improve circulation, and improve overall range of motion. We are able to utilize percussion therapy on all of our patients.
