Dr. Garrett Foland PT, DPT

 

Garrett was born and raised in Frederick County Maryland  before moving to the Charlotte area in search of a warmer climate that allows for year-round outdoor activities.  He finished his final clinical rotation in Matthews, NC before graduating from Shenandoah University's Physical Therapy Program.

Garrett has a passion for his work as a physical therapist.  He loves helping people achieve their health goals through manual treatment and movement.  He is attentive to every patient's unique needs and strives to see all of his patients leave with less pain and improved movement quality. 

When he's not in the office you can find Garrett with his wife, Megan, their two children, Beckett and Hayes, and their dog, Nitro going for hikes, playing in the river or kicking a soccer ball.
